Droplet Tool heated/UV Print Head

The dispensing with the Droplet Tool print head is based on a microvalve that is actuated electromagnetically. Droplet Tool print head is also equipped with heating from RT to +40 °C and an integrated UV/Vis LED module emitting at a wavelength of 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm.

Visco Tool 2.0 Print Head

The principle of operation in the Visco Tool print head is based on the endless piston principle, which belongs to the group of rotating displacement pumps. This printing head suites also for high viscosity materials like pastes, silicone, ceramics etc.

Rotary Tool Print Head

The principle of operation in Rotary Tool print heads is based on the endless piston principle or progressive cavity technology and is driven by a stepper motor. This printing head is suitable for lower viscosity materials like hydrogels used as a bioink and has a small dead volume.

Multifluidics Tool Print Head

The dispensing with the Multifluidics Tool print head is based on the pneumatic extrusion. The triaxial needle enables printing up to three different materials simultaneously, i.e., the core material, the intermediate material and the outer shell material. Print head is also equipped with middle syringe heating from RT to +66 °C and an integrated UV/Vis LED module emitting at a wavelength of 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm.

Pneuma Tool Cooled/UV Print Head

The dispensing with Pneuma Tool Cooled/UV print head is based on the pneumatic extrusion. The cooling function enables a constant temperature from +4 °C to RT. Print head is also equipped with an integrated UV/Vis LED module emitting at a wavelength of 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm.

Pneuma Tool Heated/UV Print Head

The dispensing with Pneuma Tool print heads is based on pneumatic extrusion. The Pneuma Tool Heated/UV version comes with a heating function enabling a constant temperature from RT to +66 °C throughout the print head. Pneuma Tool Heated is also equipped with an integrated UV/Vis LED module emitting at a wavelength of 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm.
