The printing with Granu Tool print head is based on the hot extrusion of small granules of thermoplastic material or mixtures of a thermoplastic binder with powder fillers. The material is melted inside an extrusion barrel and pushed towards the nozzle by a rotating screw. The extrusion barrel and the nozzle can be heated up to +250 °C. Granu Tool is compatible with various commercial and noncommercial granulates.
